We got a free upgraded room which gave us access to the spa which was amazing. The room Itself was amazing with far reaching views and a wonderful balcony. Room service and Breakfast was also good.

Price-performance ratio is absolutely recommendable.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. I would come back 100%

I didn't understand the concept of the breakfast setup. Nothing was self-serve; everything was behind a counter. I understand this for some products, like the salmon, but even the yogurt, croissants, and toast had to be handed out by the staff. You always had to wait for the person behind the counter to give you the product. The quality of the breakfast was excellent, and the staff always asked how much of each item you wanted. However, I think not every product needs to be behind a glass wall.

Great choice while in olbia

Large room with nice balcony, good location, easy check in and out process, very helpful receptionts, the only issue is the housekeeping that does not mop the floor or clean thr bathroom daily, she only do the bed cover and take the grabage, she even didnt refill tea or espresso capsules, we always used to request it through the phone Great parking space Comfy bed an pillows

The breakfast is not a buffet! You need to ask hotel staff what you would like e.g. a slice of cheese, or ham, or a piece of fruit. It is not an enjoyable experience - surely there are other ways to prevent food waste.

Excellent breakfast, supermarket next door, bus stop very close to the hotel, making it very convenient to reach the downtown area.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend it as a true 4* (couldn't fault it).

Hotel was very clean, food was good, staff super efficient, very helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent for what we wanted. There was a large supermarket on the doorstep and some good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Location - it is located just outside of the main town of Olbia and within a more commercial area (buildings and streets are a bit worn in part) and it is on a long busy road. It doesn't feel much like a holiday destination until you reach the main Town or Beach. It is excellent though for business conferences etc. There were also some families with young children and they seemed to be happy.

Overall the hotel is easily above the average of the 4 star hotels in the area (I stayed at 2 other hotels at similar price)

The continental breakfast is being served by 1 or 2 people in the morning from whom you have to ask the food and most of the time there is a waiting line to get served. On most hotels you have the buffet and go by yourself to choose whatever you like without waiting for your turn.
